Sourcing:

We manufacture all of our products in factories that we have visited directly and ensured that conditions are of the highest quality. We manufacture all of our menswear collection in the UK using predominantly UK materials. This gives us a close relationship with the manufactures of the garments as well as the materials used, to ensure that the conditions provided are quality for not only the products, but the craftsmen responsible for creating the products.

Delivery:

Please see our shipping page and our exchanges and returns page for all shipping options and relevant information. We offer standard UK delivery that takes approximately 3-5 working days as well as offering express shipping that is delivered within 1-2 working days dependent on when the order is placed.

All customers will receive a notification email when order has been dispatched.
Our UK orders are all sent with a signature required on delivery, only our express shipping options are sent with tracking information. International orders are all sent with tracking numbers and will be added automatically to emails notifying the customer that the order has been despatched.
All orders are packaged branded cardboard jewellery box with a foam insert that protects the jewellery in transit. The box is then placed inside a mail bag with the address clearly labelled.

Returns:

The returns policy is 14 days, from date of items being dispatched. Please see our exchanges and returns page for full information.
To return your order, please use our contact form or email us at contact@roemenswear.com to start the returns process.
Delivery cost will not be refunded for unwanted items. The only cases where a delivery cost will be refunded is for items that are incorrectly delivered or faulty items, and consequently no longer wanted.
The reason for this will be because the exchange requested is unavailable. In this case, we would normally contact you first to let you know that the exchange is unavailable, and then process the refund within 3-5 days after contact.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day where possible, but sometimes it can take a maximum of 3 working days to dispatch an order. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after delivery. If an item is returned for a refund, the refund can take up to a maximum of 7 days to be processed, but we ensure to try and process these as quickly as possible.
